Book Covers

In hunting images for my American historicals, I ran into difficulty finding appropriate costume. Since I enjoy the history more than bare chests--sorry, but I'm jaded--I was disappointed not to be able to do the covers my way.

But my cover guru (Pati Nagle at Mandala) helped me put these silhouettes together for the Paper series. I just discovered that the photographer is Alan Poulson http://www.poulsonsphotography.com/ and he does great western photography, should you like to check him out.

On the personal front. I'm just back from visiting our son in Mexico, where I managed to break my wrist falling off a horse. Just in time for my blog tour and to revise the summer release! I am soooo not left handed!

But my blog schedule is posted on the link above. Free books are involved. I'll do my very best to come by and chat!

Pat, sorry about your wrist! I hope it heals soon.

That's a very appealing cover for Paper Roses. I have Lure of Song and Magic and the Regency Christmas novellas. I read the novellas last week and enjoyed them.

Thanks, Nancy! I'm sure I can use the experience graphically in a future book.
