Moonlight and Memories is a special book written after my first trip to New Orleans. I fell in love with the city, the culture, and the history, and since the Battle of 1812 had always fascinated me, I dug into the research with great eagerness. But of course, the book is a romance, so it's about two strong characters who have suffered humiliation, rejection, and abuse but come through as better people for their hardships. It just takes them a little while to recognize it, in themselves and each other.
I haven't scanned any more books for e-publication lately. I'm a bit snowed under with copyedits, galley proofs, revisions, and the miracle of creating new proposals--kind of like giving birth. Putting together a new story might actually take nine months! On top of that, I'm attempting to add my e-books to two websites: Book View Cafe and Backlist Ebooks. This requires a degree of organization, memorization, and technology that I have not quite achieved, so don't expect my full list to be available anytime soon! But each day, I do just a little bit more... That's all any of us can do, right?
