Blogging

I never thought of myself as a masochist but I seem to have agreed to a blog tour to promote the next book. I suppose this is far better than spending two weeks on the road driving from bookstore to bookstore as I did back in the day, or weeks traveling across the country talking to distributors over champagne at 10 PM and getting up to talk to bored DJs at 6 AM.  But autographing books and talking to readers is fun. Trying to come up with blog topics... scary. 

I can chat here because I make my own rules. But visiting someone else's blog--I feel as if I have to be eloquent and educated and all that jazz.  What on earth is left to be discussed that isn't being discussed by more focused people than I am?  So, tell me, what topics would you like to hear me blog about?  I'll have to actually sit down and write an intelligent essay so as not to look like an idiot.  Might as well be about something people want to read.
